• The delegate / attendee ultimately remains responsible for the seminar account.
• Payment must be made prior to the seminar.
• Registration fees include entrance, registration pack, proceedings on CD, lunch and refreshments.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, where evidence of payment cannot be shown.
• If you have not received confirmation of your registration before the event, please contact us to ensure that your registration has been processed.
• Should you be unable to attend the event, a substitute delegate may be sent in your place. Please inform us in writing (e-mail or fax) of the substitute’s details as soon as possible.
• Cancellation of registration must be submitted to MIEO in writing (e-mail or fax) within 10 working days prior to the event date. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged on cancellation.
• Should you fail to comply with the cancellation stipulations mentioned above the delegate remains liable for the full settlement of account.
• Payment processes vary from company to company and the delegate therefore remains responsible to ensure that payment is processed, irrespective of your company policy.
